Micro Suites
60-70 sq ft
Perfect for solopreneurs, those who are just starting a business, or remote workers simply tired of working from home. These suites can be used as an office, meeting space, or micro salon. Our members love this suite because it is a great way to cut costs while having a professional business space. These suites do not have water hookups and range from $500/month to $750/month.
2 – 4 PEOPLE
Small Suites
90-100 sq ft
This suite is just right for a small closeknit team, a hardworking solopreneur looking to grow their business, or an ambitious individual with a lot of stuff. Suites of this size can function as a workspace for a multitude of businesses like a nail studio, office, massage parlor, micro salon, makeup studio, or even a podcast space. These suites may have water hookups. Pricing starting from $850/month.
4 – 8 PEOPLE
Medium Suites
90-100 sq ft
Small businesses and start-ups love these suites because they are versatile and often come with water hook ups. These suites can accommodate most small business teams while providing ample natural light for content creation and beautiful views. Personal services providers prefer these suites, as they comfortably fit two workstations and a washbowl or sink. Price quotes available upon request.
8 – 16 PEOPLE
Large Suites
200-400 sq ft
These suites are great for establishing your business empire or simply developing your client base. These are perfect for a mid-size salon or a large office space. Business partners can split the suite and use it as a dual- purpose space. Additional uses for these spaces include a private appointment only boutique, a small spa, an art studio, or a flexible workspace for international teams. Price quotes available upon request.

X-Large Suites
400-4000 sq ft
These suites offer endless possibilities. Spaces of this size often include multiple water hookups, in-suite kitchens, enclosed interior rooms, private bathrooms, several windows, and a ton of space for whatever your business requires. Our members use these suites as event spaces, creative studios, classrooms, coffee shops, retail stores, and more. Price quotes available upon request.
